You will also see the tracking number and carrier information.

If you encounter any operational issues using the self-tracking function, or need more detailed logistics information, please contact our customer service team in the following ways:

During the delivery process, we work closely with reputable logistics providers to monitor the status of your goods throughout the entire process.
